SKY Clinical Research Network Group (SKYCRNG) is a consortium of private practice-based research sites that deliver what matters most for sponsors: Diverse participant populations, rapid enrollment, and exceptional trial execution.
With documented diversity and geographic reach, our centers consistently meet and exceed enrollment diversity goals—unlocking the broad patient demographics essential for meaningful clinical data. Our community-integrated model comprises strategically located sites across Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Mississippi, and Texas within 5 to 10 miles of hospitals. SKYCRNG sites operate at sponsor speed. But speed means nothing without participants. Our sites do not just know their communities—they are their communities. Principal Investigators maintain active private practices with direct EMR access and multigenerational patient relationships in partnership with our recruitment specialists. Combined with ongoing community engagement events and health screenings, this approach provides ‘trust-based recruitment’ and pre-qualified participant pools before study activation.
